Nancy Vautour“My favourite part of my day is my coworkers. They make me laugh, they make me cry, but they’re my second family and I wouldn’t change them for the world. Working here gives me a sense of purpose. Every day is a different challenge and that’s what helps me with my own personal growth. Being a part of this team is such an opportunity and I hope to be a factor in the growth and development of an amazing company. I can’t wait to see the amazing things we’re going to accomplish here at Peridot.”
Geeta Balramsingh“My favourite part of my day as a Peridot employee is coming to work and collaborating with my colleagues. I find joy in being productive and contributing to the team’s success. It’s fulfilling to be part of a company like Peridot that supports my growth as a general manager in the warehouse and helps me develop my skills and abilities. One day, I hope to progress to the role of Branch Manager.
I’m inspired to come to work by my family, especially my kids. My strong work ethic reflects the kind of father and husband I am today. I want to show my children the value of patience and growth in any job, and I’m excited to share my work experiences with them as we’re close and open about our lives every day.”
